Celiac Collective was created by a nurse who has celiac disease herself. It brings practical guidance, trusted tools, and real-life understanding into one place so people feel less overwhelmed and more supported after diagnosis.
When I was diagnosed with celiac disease, the only people who truly helped me through it were my mom and dad. They stood beside me through the fear, uncertainty, and major lifestyle changes that came with learning how to live gluten-free. Their support meant everything to me, but together we were still trying to understand symptoms, food labels, cross-contact, medical appointments, and an entirely new way of living without consistent guidance from someone who understood celiac disease.
That experience changed the direction of my life. I went on to become a nurse because I wanted a better understanding of the medical field and of how I could help other people facing difficult and confusing health experiences. Through my work in research and with my own patients, I learned how important it is for people to feel heard, informed, and supported—not only during an appointment, but throughout everything that happens afterward.
That is why I created Celiac Collective: to offer the knowledgeable, compassionate support my parents and I needed during that time. I want people living with celiac disease to have an RN they can talk to, a place where their questions are taken seriously, and guidance from someone who understands both the medical side of celiac disease and what it is actually like to live with it.
A celiac diagnosis often comes with a handout, a list of foods to avoid, and a follow-up months later. What it usually does not come with is enough guidance for the hundreds of questions that come up once you are back home.
Celiac Collective was created to help fill that space. It combines reliable education, practical tools, community, and support from someone who understands both the medical side and the everyday reality of celiac disease.
The heart of the app is helping people feel informed, understood, and more confident about what to do next—without having to search through countless websites, apps, and online groups.
The platform is built by a nurse with celiac disease and designed around the questions that come up in real life. Members can find practical help with symptoms, appointments, food concerns, cross-contact, tracking patterns, and knowing when to follow up with their own healthcare provider.
You should not have to sort through celiac disease alone or wonder whether your question is important enough to ask. Celiac Collective gives you a clear, supportive place to start.
Find guidance for symptoms, accidental gluten exposure, cross-contact, medications, lab results, follow-up care, and what to bring up at your next appointment.
Get help organizing your history, questions, symptom patterns, and priorities so you can communicate clearly with your gastroenterologist or primary-care provider.
Receive support from someone who lives with celiac disease and understands how exhausting the everyday decisions can be.

Living with celiac disease can feel isolating, especially when the people around you do not fully understand the constant planning, questions, and adjustments it requires. Inside the Celiac Collective app, you can connect with a supportive community of people who truly get it.
Share experiences, ask everyday questions, learn from others, celebrate progress, and find encouragement whenever you need it—all from one welcoming space in the app.

Whether you are newly diagnosed, managing a flare, navigating restaurants and travel, or simply having a difficult day, your community is only a tap away.
Most of the decisions in this app are about restraint. These are the ones worth stating out loud.
Not in the scanner, not in the AI, not on the restaurant map. We can't see inside a kitchen or a production line, and a confident wrong answer costs you a week.
If a product isn't in the database, the app says so and stops. An invented ingredient list is worse than no ingredient list, because you'd have no reason to doubt it.
Your symptom logs exist to show you your own patterns. They're not a product, they're not training material, and they're not going anywhere.
The current version added the working scanner, Celiac AI, pattern analysis over your own logs, the restaurant map and a lot more written content. Next on the list: traveller cards in more languages, done by actual translators rather than a machine, and deeper reporting on what your logs are telling you.
If something in the app is wrong, unclear, or missing, we'd rather hear it than not. Tell us.
